David ran a successful practice in Harley Street, London for nine years - specialising in stress management, weight loss, stopping smoking and sleep. He has published books in the first three and his course on sleep is due out shortly - his weight loss course won endorsement from TV personality Carol Vorderman and David's stress course is praised by none other than corporate guru Sir John Harvey Jones.

David is founder and MD of From Within Limited which utilises all his expertise and long experience in psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and counselling. He has appeared on radio with LBC, Talk Radio, Capital, Liberty, Melody and the World Service as well a local stations, while his TV appearances include the investigative programme London Tonight, Esther, regular contributions to Granada Breeze (SKY) and as Achievement and Motivation Coach on Heaven and Earth (BBC1).
